About Us 

Nick Chandler was born June 18, 1971. He began playing the mandolin at age 9 in his hometown Marshall, NC. His first paying gig was at age 10. As a teenager Nick was in the Bluegrass Stage show at Carowinds Amusement Park. He was a member of Asheville Grass, and a founding member of the bluegrass gospel band Silvercreek in which he played with Mountain Heart’s Barry Abernathy and Barry Scott of Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver.  He has recorded with fiddler Bobby Hicks, as well as Tony Rice and the Statler Brothers Jimmy Fortune. He played bass with Herschel Sizemore. He has also toured with Bobby Hicks for 5 years.  Nick Chandler and Delivered are proudly endorsed by GHS Strings. Nick recently had a number 9 song in the nation for 2 months on the Bluegrass Gospel chart featured in the “Singing News” magazine. As a cancer survivor since 1989 he came off of the road to recover and start a family. His son is attending Appalachian State University and Nick is ready to begin touring again. Nick enjoys fishing and watching the Sci-FI channel.

  • Nicks mandolin is a custom built Spann F5. It has been his primary instrument since 2000.  
  • He also plays a 2004 Martin D42.

Kevin Tuck was born on November 8 , 1967. He lives in Bryson City, NC and has been playing since he was 13. He started out on the banjo and then began playing the guitar. Kevin is also a fine lead and harmony singer. When he was younger he spent many years playing in church. He also played with the famous Stoneman Family for a short time. Kevin played at the Smokey Mountain Jamboree for 8 years and was the director of music for the Music in the mountains program for Bryson City for 7 years. Kevin keeps a garden and also keeps a nice set of hogs for future dinners.

Nick Dephaunais was born May 29, 1989. Originally from Enfield, New Hampshire he started playing music at age 7. Nick has a BA in Music Education from the University of New Hampshire. He has performed with several orchestras in New England including the New Hampshire Philharmonic the Connecticut River Valley Orchestra under Dartmouth College conductor Max Culpepper. Nick enjoys playing all types of music. He enjoys Jazz and playing the Trombone. He likes to mountain bike, hike and fish.

Seth Rhinehart was born in 1992. He has been playing for 7 years. Seth has been blessed to play with well known musicians such as Barry Scott, Bobby Hicks, Michael Feagan, David Long and Rickey Wasson. He has traveled the country and abroad playing with various bluegrass groups. Seth released a solo album in 2009 entitled “Come On In.” The CD featured some of Western North Carolinas best musicians and made the number 5 spot on WNCW’s best national bluegrass release of 2009. He enjoys fly fishing and he loves to travel. Seth is also a diehard Chicago Cubs and Alabama fan.
